Complete the Visa application form with:
- Two (2) recent colour passport sized photos
- Valid passport
- A visa fee of 100 USD payable by money order
- Bank Statement for past 3 months
- Employer’s letter
- Original application form (signed)
You might also want to note:
- Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after the end of your visit to St.Kitts and Nevis
- Fees are payable by CERTIFIED CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS
- Processing time is two (2) weeks
- Applicants are not permitted to work in St. Kitts and Nevis, or have access to public funds, study or become self-employed:
- Proof of a valid return or onward ticket
- Proof of adequate funds to cover the cost of their stay in St. Kitts and Nevis
- For citizens from countries which would normally require visas to enter St. Kitts and Nevis, please note that NO entry visas are required for stays of less than 24 hours.
- We are unable to refund the fees for an application that has been unsuccessful or withdrawn

A visit to St Kitts and Nevis requires a valid passport, a return ticket to the country of departure, and a valid St Kitts and Nevis visa if traveling from countries requiring a visitor visa.

Statutory Rules and Orders 1985, No. 3
The Visa (Exemption) Order, 1986 made under subsection (2) of section 13 of the Immigration and Passport Act (Chapter 145)
- SHORT TITLE
This order may be cited as the Visa (Exemption) Order 1985. - VISA EXEMPTION
Aliens being citizens of the countries mentioned in the schedule landing in Saint Christopher and Nevis from any place beyond Saint Christopher and Nevis and in possession of valid passport issued to them by the proper authority of their country of nationality shall be exempt from the provisions of subsection (1) of the Immigration and Passport Act, requiring passport of aliens to be visaed by a Saint Christopher and Nevis Consular Officer or other person duly so authorized. - REVOCATION OF ORDER
The Passport Visa (Exemption) Order, 1950 (S.R.&O. (L.I. 13 of XX) as amended is hereby revoked.
